"Rachel demonstrates exceptional kindness and expertise during her sessions. Her remarkable listening skills enabled her to effectively guide me in uncovering the root of my issues. The empathetic atmosphere she fosters created a safe and welcoming environment, allowing me to share my thoughts and feelings with ease. I am confident that Rachel's compassionate and insightful approach allows her to tailor strategies to meet the unique needs of each individual she serves. Her commitment to personal growth and healing is evident in my progress, which has left me feeling empowered and more self-aware. "Before Rachel I was feeling very burnt out and overwhelmed and just doubting myself as a mom and wife. After just one session with her I started feeling more positive about myself and what I was capable of. Every session after that I started noticing myself in a more positive light, I found new ways to handle stressful situations and burnout, while also working on my inner monologue. Rachel helped me go from feeling like a victim without a village to a princess capable of being/building my own village and I am forever grateful for her."

“Before working with Rachel, I had unsolved layers of trauma in my life (unwanted pregnancy, a protection order against the father of my baby, domestic violence, poverty, almost homelessness, and lastly isolation/ judgement from my family). Rachel's coaching sessions helped me trust again. She took the sincere time I needed to listen and lead me into the path I had paved for me. I had a lack of confidence and my fortitude was running out. Her coaching changed everything. My life flipped for the better! My experience with life coaching with Rachel was one of the best one-on-one therapy sessions I ever had. I know this is life coaching and not considered clinical therapy but it was a phenomenal therapy. I have been using mental health services for so long, approximately 10 years. I have seen psychologists, counselors, advocates and psychiatrists. What I liked about Rachel's coaching is she never added too much or spoke too little. She always knew when to interject. She always knew when to listen and to actively listen. I never experienced this before with other professionals. This was my favorite experience. The achievement I gained from her coaching was learning that my feelings are valid. I learned that my critical family doesn't have power over me and my opinions and feelings matter. I haven't received this kind of validation in years. Intellectually, I learned about mindfulness and how to practice it. I couldn't believe how productive it was. I love the discipline Rachel taught me on this. Rachel is never afraid to dive deep into people's wounds to suggest things. I am pregnant right now and I really appreciated that she told me not to be afraid of medicine since I have a fear of taking antidepressants while my baby is still in my body. I am thinking of taking her advice and talking to a psychiatrist to get my mood swings stabilized before my baby is born.
Lastly, who can benefit from Rachel's coaching? Not to sound cliche but anyone I believe can. She is very adaptable and non-judgmental. I feel she can get to her clients level to reason with him/ her which makes her compatible for a big range of clients. I feel people with low self-esteem and a lack of fortitude would benefit the most. Also, if someone struggles with critical thinking and needs some guidance, Rachel has the perfect skill-set to readjust a person in deep trials or feeling lost. I love Rachel. She will benefit such a range of clients from the youth to the old, adapting from the overly ambitious to the person who lives in fear. Rachel is perfect as a life coach. I hope to use her services in the future."

“Rachel is an AMAZING coach!!! On top of her medical training, she is emotionally in touch and deeply caring. She listens intently, creates space for you to play full out, and asks questions that help you explore what you truly want, and what you may want to do or change to get there. She will help you identify key actions or takeaways and support you to reaching your wellness goals! I 100% recommend her as a holistic nurse coach to ANYONE seeking greater wellness or more well-rounded wellness in any capacity. Having a coach walk with you on the path of YOUR goals is invaluable!”
“Rachel is a heartwarming professional when it comes to empathy, listening and meeting you where you're at. I felt stuck in my life in many ways before I started coaching. Rachel taught me that there is a way to freedom when you feel stuck. There is always a choice to be made to enhance our wellbeing. She taught me how to manage my time. Rachel is the best life coach anyone can have. I recommend her 100 percent!”

“It has been an eye-opening experience working with Rachel. At the time that I started my coaching with her, I was newly separated from my husband. Such a confusing time for me. I was going through issues with self-doubt, codependency and continuing to not focus on me but the needs of others despite what I needed for myself, boundaries and self-love. Rachel is a great listener, she picked up on the issues that I wanted to skim over, she asked the hard questions, and most importantly, she did not take "I don't know" for an answer. Rachel helped me go from putting myself on the backburner to putting myself first and on the forefront. At the beginning of our sessions, I was concerned with my ex's feelings even though he had not the same concerns for me, to taking control of my life, my mental health and my happiness.
I am more empowered than I ever have been, and Rachel helped me get to this point in my life. Five sessions my seem to be short, but the time I spent with her was powerful and enlightening. She is an amazing, and awesome coach and I would definitely recommend her and work with her in the future. Thank you Rachel!!”
“Before I started working with you Rachel, I felt pretty scattered and unsure of my mindfulness practice. You gave me a lot of confidence in my ability to calm my nervous system, and also allowed me to develop this practice so that I feel confident in helping others do the same. I recently had a patient who had severe white coat syndrome and had a blood pressure of 200/140 coming into clinic. I was able to do some deep breathing and mindfulness with her and we got her BP down to 140/78 just through using those practices. Thank you for giving me the space and time to develop my mindfulness practice with you. From you I learned that you can be a busy mother of young children, and work hard to achieve your professional goals, at the same time. One does not need to be mutually exclusive from the other. I would recommend you specifically to new moms trying to maintain balance in their lives, and who need guided support from a deeply caring listener."

“I recently had the pleasure of being a client of Rachel Kohring. She really took the time to listen to my history, concerns and plans for the future. She kept me focused on my goals, and she even took the time to email me healthy recipe ideas. She let me know that it is okay to schedule time for myself and not feel guilty. She shows that she truly cares and has a big heart. I would recommend her to anyone looking for assistance reaching their individual goals.”
